I`ve been saved for 30 years. I`ve gone to different types of churches: Faith movement, old time Pentecostal holiness, regular Pentecostal, evangelical Baptist and traditional. I got saved or born-again in the winter of ‘77-’78. I was looking for meaning and purpose in life. I knew instinctively God was part of the answer there somewhere! I found out He was the answer! We were created to have a personal relationship with Him! That`s what it means to be “born-again”. No one witnessed to me. I never read the bible before in my life. I was raised Catholic. I didn`t even know about TV ministries. God led me to Himself through the Word [bible]. And I`ve taken a trip to Italy and Israel the year I got saved - Christmas time of ‘78. I spent 11 days in Israel! 3 of which were in Jerusalem. I`ve had a rough walk. It seems God has special plans for me. Therefore He has put me through special preparation.
